# Troubleshoot TradingView

Use this page for **AIMS Box** on TradingView (**Free**, **Advanced**, or **PRO**).

## Invite-Only / No Access (Advanced / PRO)[​](#invite-only--no-access-advanced--pro "Direct link to Invite-Only / No Access (Advanced / PRO)")

1. Confirm you are signed in to the **correct TradingView username**.
2. Open the matching **Advanced** or **PRO** script page above (not only Free).
3. If access was just granted, sign out and back in or refresh the page.
4. Contact iTradeAIMS support with your TradingView username if access is still blocked.

**Free (AIMS Box TV)** is public — if you cannot open it, check you are signed into TradingView at all.

## Script Not On Chart[​](#script-not-on-chart "Direct link to Script Not On Chart")

1. Open the matching script page above and select **Add to chart** again.
2. Confirm the chart title bar lists **AIMS Box TV**, **AIMS Box Advanced**, **AIMS Box Pro**, or your grant name.
3. Remove duplicate indicators if an older script version is still attached.

## No Box Zones Visible[​](#no-box-zones-visible "Direct link to No Box Zones Visible")

1. Load more chart history — boxes need enough candles to form structure.
2. Open indicator **Settings** and confirm box visibility is enabled.
3. Try a liquid symbol and a timeframe you normally use.
4. On **Advanced** / **PRO**, check whether the current state is **Blocked** rather than Ready (volume/ATR or bias filters).

## Alerts Not Firing[​](#alerts-not-firing "Direct link to Alerts Not Firing")

1. Confirm the alert condition matches the script on **this** chart.
2. Check TradingView alert logs for paused or expired alerts.
3. Verify your notification channel (email/app) is enabled.
4. Recreate the alert after re-adding the script to the chart.
