# Get Started With AIMS Gator

**AIMS Gator** is the **trend lane** on TradingView — Bill Williams Alligator lines (jaw / teeth / lips) plus **Purple Magic** directional bias. It is a **compass**, not a structure box and not a candle-signal feed.

Review prompts, not orders

Gator mouth and Purple Magic bias are **chart context** for your review. They are not automatic trade instructions. Not financial advice.

These docs cover the **AIMS Gator TV** Pine script. There is no separate MT4/MT5 installer path in this hub — MetaTrader box filters that mention “Gator” live inside [AIMS Box](/indicators/aims-box/docs/get-started.md) / Confluence suite docs.

## How it fits the lanes[](#how-it-fits-the-lanes "Direct link to How it fits the lanes")

| Lane | Product | What it shows |
| ------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| **Trend** | **AIMS Gator** | Mouth / Purple Magic bias (this hub) |
| **Structure** | [AIMS Box](/indicators/aims-box/docs/tradingview.md) | Fractal boxes + Setup 1/2 |
| **Candles** | [Banana Indicator](/indicators/banana/docs/tradingview.md) | B#/S# candle signals |

Stack them when you want full context — Gator does **not** draw boxes or colour candles.
