Liquidity Box Alerts
Alerts on AIMS Liquidity Box fire at SETUP READY — the same moment the dashboard shows Ready - Setup 1 or Ready - Setup 2. That is the cue to place a pending Buy Stop or Sell Stop if the setup fits your plan.
Alerts are prompts
An alert is not an automatic order. Confirm the chart and your risk rules before you act.
Built-in alert conditions
When you create an alert on the indicator, TradingView can list:
| Condition name | Plain meaning |
|---|---|
| AIMS Liq Box Setup Ready Long | Bullish setup — consider a Buy Stop at the box high |
| AIMS Liq Box Setup Ready Short | Bearish setup — consider a Sell Stop at the box low |
Confluent setups may include an [S&R] tag in the plain-text alert body when confluence is on.
Create an alert (beginner path)
- Add AIMS Liquidity Box to the chart and confirm it reads correctly (quick start).
- Right-click the chart (or use the Alert button) → create an alert.
- Condition: select AIMS Liquidity Box (or AIMS Liq Box) and the Long or Short ready condition.
- Choose how you want to be notified (popup, app, email — whatever you use on TradingView).
- Save the alert.
Create separate alerts for long and short if you want different notifications.
Inputs that affect alerts
Under 8 · Alerts / PineConnector:
| Input | What to know |
|---|---|
| Enable alerts | Must be on for alert messages from the script. |
| PineConnector messages | Leave off for normal readable text. Turn on only if you already use PineConnector and know your License ID / Symbol / Risk %. |
| Only arm setups near S&R | If this is on, you only get Ready (and alerts) when confluence passes. |
