Troubleshoot TradingView

Use this page for AIMS Box TV on TradingView.

Invite-Only / No Access​

  1. Confirm you are signed in to the correct TradingView username.
  2. Open the official script page.
  3. If access was just granted, sign out and back in or refresh the page.
  4. Contact iTradeAIMS support with your TradingView username if access is still blocked.

Script Not On Chart​

  1. Open the script page and select Add to chart again.
  2. Confirm the chart title bar lists the AIMS Box script.
  3. Remove duplicate indicators if an older script version is still attached.

No Box Zones Visible​

  1. Load more chart history — boxes need enough candles to form structure.
  2. Open indicator Settings and confirm box visibility is enabled.
  3. Try a liquid symbol and a timeframe you normally use.
  4. Check whether the current state is Blocked rather than Ready.

Alerts Not Firing​

  1. Confirm the alert condition matches the script on this chart.
  2. Check TradingView alert logs for paused or expired alerts.
  3. Verify your notification channel (email/app) is enabled.
  4. Recreate the alert after re-adding the script to the chart.

Wrong Product​

AIMS Box TV is not The Banana Indicator TV or The Setup Indicator MT5. Use Get started to pick the correct platform path.
