Troubleshooting

If you see [ERROR 100] License Key Required, the indicator is attached but no license key was found in the indicator settings.

Fix:

  1. Right-click the chart and choose Indicators List.
  2. Select Banana Indicator and click Edit or Properties.
  3. Open the Inputs tab.
  4. Enter your license key in SerialKey.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Remove and reattach the indicator if the message remains.

Check:

  1. Enter the license key exactly as issued.
  2. Remove any extra spaces.
  3. Confirm internet access.
  4. Remove and reattach the indicator.
  5. Try one clean chart.

If it still fails, contact support with:

  • Platform: MT4 or MT5.
  • Broker account platform, not your password.
  • The license message shown.
  • A screenshot of the indicator Inputs tab with private details hidden if needed.

No Signals Appearing

No signals can be normal for long periods. The indicator only marks patterns when its conditions are met.

Check:

  1. The market is open and the chart is receiving price updates.
  2. The symbol and timeframe are active.
  3. Pause new signal generation is off.
  4. Signal visibility is not turned off.
  5. Seed or Banana signals have not all been hidden.
  6. The license is accepted.

Do not keep changing settings quickly. First confirm the indicator is attached and receiving data.

Too Many Markers

If the chart is crowded:

  1. Hide Seed signals first.
  2. Show fewer Banana signal counts.
  3. Turn off EMA lines if they distract you.
  4. Use one chart while learning.

Alerts Not Working

MetaTrader

Check:

  1. The indicator alert setting is enabled.
  2. MetaTrader platform alert testing works.
  3. Sound is not muted.
  4. Email settings work from Tools > Options > Email.

If the platform test fails, fix the platform setting before changing the indicator.

  2. You created a TradingView alert.
  3. The alert is active.
  4. Your TradingView notification settings are enabled.
  5. Your TradingView plan supports the number of alerts you are using.

TradingView Access Not Granted

The TradingView script is invite-only.

Check:

  1. You are signed in to the correct TradingView username.
  2. You requested access or followed the access instructions.
  3. Access has been approved for that username.
  4. You refreshed the script page after approval.
