Dashboard Missing Or Box Tab Empty
- Confirm iTradeAIMS Dashboard is attached to the same chart as The Setup Indicator MT5.
- Select the Box tab on the dashboard.
- Check product rows — NOT ON CHART means that product is not attached yet.
- Load more chart history if no box structures have formed yet.
No Box Zones On Chart
- Confirm Boxes (or equivalent visibility setting) is enabled in indicator inputs.
- Wait for enough candles — boxes need valid fractal structure in history.
- Try a liquid symbol and a timeframe you normally use.
- Check whether Blocked or filter states explain why no ready setup shows.
Box Shows Blocked / Too Tall
The ATR Box filter and Gator/Purple filters can block setups when the box is too tall or filter context fails. See Using AIMS Box levels and Box tab in the suite.
Windows Blocks The Installer
If SmartScreen blocks the unsigned installer from an official iTradeAIMS source: More info → Run anyway. Stop if Windows reports a virus or the file did not come from iTradeAIMS.
