Quick Start On MT5

Use this page after Install on MT5 shows Live Active for your products in License Center.

1. Open a clean chart

Pick one symbol and timeframe you will learn on (a demo account is ideal). Keep one MT5 terminal — the same data folder you used for install and activation.

2. Attach the dashboard

  1. Press Ctrl+N to open Navigator.
  2. Expand Indicators → iTradeAIMS.
  3. Drag iTradeAIMS Dashboard MT5 onto the chart.
  4. Enable Allow DLL imports if MetaTrader prompts you.

Size the panel: use [−] / [+] on each section. Open Settings → GUI to set Scale (XS through Screen) and Theme (System / Light / Dark). Restore Defaults resets layout.

3. Attach component indicators

From the same Navigator folder, attach the indicators you want confluence to read:

  • AIMSBoxAdvancedMT5 — box structure on chart.
  • AIMSWaveMT5 — wave labels and histogram.
  • BananaIndicator — Banana markers and dashboard Banana tab.
  • AIMSBubbleMT5 — optional regime/timing (when licensed).
  • The Confluence Indicator — confluence sections and combined readout.

Status pills at the top of the dashboard show what is live: blue/green = active on this chart, red = not activated or not attached.

4. Read the three dashboard tabs

TabWhat to look at
BoxSetup 1, Setup 2, Closed break, Blocked; Gator, Purple, ATR filters; trade reference lines when READY
BananaMarket state, last signal validity, trend/volatility/session context
WaveWave count, target zones, counter-wave risk; pairs with on-chart wave labels

Box setup states are prompts for review, not trade instructions. See AIMS Box rules before acting on READY or Closed break.

5. Read confluence sections

With the Confluence Indicator attached, scroll the dashboard for:

  • Setup 1 Confluence — wave + box alignment, lifecycle status, quality tier.
  • Banana Confluence — whether Banana/Seed context supports the wave and box story.

Confluence uses its own vocabulary (WAIT, ARMED, TRIGGERED, HIGH, CAUTION, AVOID). See Confluence status model.

License Center — every product should show Live Active before you rely on signals.

6. Apply a starter template

After activation, right-click the chart → Templates → choose an iTradeAIMS layout (for example The Confluence Stack).

Templates bundle chart styling and indicator layout. Apply them after licenses are live, not during first install.

7. Confirm on chart

You should see:

  • Grey AIMS Box zones where structure applies.
  • Wave labels or histogram if AIMS Wave is attached.
  • Banana markers if Banana is attached.
  • Dashboard pills matching attached products.

What to do next

  1. How confluence works — architecture and evidence hierarchy.
  2. Suite components — what each product publishes.
  3. Unified dashboard — tabs, pills, License Center, settings.
  4. Confluence reads — Setup 1 Confluence and Banana Confluence fields.

Risk notice

Dashboard states, confluence tiers, and chart markers are information for your review. They are not financial advice and do not replace your trading plan, risk limits, or broker rules.
