Banana Tab in the Suite

The Banana tab on the iTradeAIMS Dashboard shows signal facts from The Banana Indicator. In the full suite, read the Banana tab before Banana Confluence — confluence asks whether pullback facts align with the wave and box story.

LayerQuestion
Banana tabWhat is the last marker? Is it VALID? What do filters say?
Banana ConfluenceDoes pullback context support wave + box (Continuation, Add-on, Waiting, Conflict)?

Standalone Banana docs cover all platforms. This page focuses on MT5 unified dashboard behavior inside the Confluence suite.

Chart markers vs tab

SurfaceWhat you see
ChartBanana 1–7 and Seed markers on candles
Banana tabLast signal — the most recent candidate plus VALID / INVALID and check rows

The tab summarizes the latest signal; the chart shows history. A new marker on bar zero may not update the tab until the candle completes — match your build’s behavior.

Marker meanings: Signal detection.

Market state

The MARKET STATE block gives environment context:

FieldTypical valuesUse
TrendBullish, bearish, weak, transitioningContext only — not a trade command
VolatilityCalm, normal, highExplains whether filters may tighten
SessionActive session labelSession-aware review
SpreadCurrent spread in pipsExecution quality check
Banana tab market state showing bullish context
Market state is context for the last signal — read it with the chart.
Transitioning market state with invalid candidate signal
Transitioning trend — dashboard may mark the last signal INVALID when filters disagree.

Last signal — VALID vs INVALID

The LAST SIGNAL section shows signal type (Banana or Seed, direction, number) and VALID or INVALID.

Checks often include:

CheckMeaning
ATRVolatility / range acceptable
TrendTrend filter supports signal direction
SwingPullback / swing structure supports signal

+ = passed · = failed. The Reason row explains rejections (for example Trend filter rejected).

Valid Buy Banana 2 with passed ATR Trend Swing checks
VALID Banana signal — checks passed on the tab.
Valid Buy Seed 1 with passed filter checks
VALID Seed signal — Seed facts can feed Banana Confluence.
INVALID on tab

If the Banana tab shows INVALID, do not treat Banana Confluence as strong Continuation until the tab updates to VALID or your validation flow accepts the edge case.

Full validation path: Validate a signal.

Filter toggles on the tab

Some builds expose Trend, ATR, Swing, or Impulse toggles on the dashboard. These change which checks run against the last signal.

  • Toggles affect Banana tab validity — not Box or Wave tabs.
  • Changing toggles mid-session can flip VALID → INVALID — note what you changed before comparing to confluence rows.

Details: Banana dashboard panel.

Banana Confluence reads

After reading the Banana tab, open Banana Confluence (Confluence Indicator section):

ReadMeaningTypical tab context
ContinuationPullback supports wave + box directionVALID signal aligned with Box + Wave
Add-onSecondary alignment — review sizeVALID but possibly late in structure
WaitingNo pullback signal yetNo recent VALID Banana/Seed; Setup 1 may stay ARMED
ConflictBanana disagrees with wave or boxINVALID tab or direction mismatch → CAUTION / AVOID

Example from Confluence status model: Setup 1 Confluence ARMED + Banana Confluence Waiting + quality CAUTION when reward to target is marginal — normal watchlist, not a failure.

Suite review sequence (Banana step)

  1. Box tab — Setup 1 READY or Blocked?
  2. Wave tab — wave supports direction?
  3. Banana tab — last signal VALID? Reason if INVALID?
  4. Setup 1 Confluence — status and quality.
  5. Banana Confluence — Continuation, Waiting, or Conflict?
  6. Your plan — stops, size, session, news.

Seed in the suite

Seed markers use the same tab Last signal treatment. Banana Confluence can reflect Seed pullback facts when they align with wave + box.

If the chart is cluttered, collapse dashboard sections or adjust Banana display settings — see Banana MT5 settings.

Alerts

  • Banana MT5 alerts — product-specific; see Banana MT5 alerts.
  • Confluence alerts — separate, opt-in, off by default; notify on lifecycle transitions like ARMED → TRIGGERED.

Enable either only after you read the dashboard without alerts.

TradingView note

TradingView Banana has no unified iTradeAIMS Dashboard and no Banana Confluence section. Suite Banana Confluence is MT5 only. For TV, use Banana Start Here.
