Troubleshooting

Most issues are activation, attachment, or reading the wrong tab. Start with Install on MT5 if you have not finished setup.

License and activation

Live Missing in License CenterCopy activation file to the correct MT5 data folder; restart terminal. Enable Allow algorithmic trading and Allow DLL imports (Tools → Options → Expert Advisors).
Only some products liveEach product needs its own activation — five activations for the full suite.

Dashboard not showing tabs

Confluence sections empty or WAIT

Banana Confluence WaitingNormal until Banana fires — check Banana tab last signal.
Wave fields Attach AIMS Wave; wait for sufficient bars on timeframe.
Bubble N/AAttach AIMS Bubble or ignore if you do not use regime layer.
Quality UNKNOWNMissing product, stale chart, or structure not complete — attach full stack.

Contradictions between tabs and confluence

Box Blocked but chart looks bullishTrust Blocked — filters or box height failed.
Banana INVALID but confluence says continuationWeight Banana tab validity; treat confluence as stale until Banana updates.
