What To Ask In Discord​

Discord is useful for:

  • installation questions
  • chart setup questions
  • MT4 Navigator issues
  • license or access checks
  • broker symbol questions
  • settings clarification
  • backtest and demo-test review
  • documentation feedback

How To Ask A Clear Question​

Include:

  • BananaEA version
  • MT4 build number
  • broker name
  • account type
  • symbol name
  • timeframe
  • screenshot of the chart
  • screenshot of the relevant Inputs tab
  • Experts or Journal messages if there is an error

Avoid posting only "it does not work." Add enough context for another user or support member to reproduce the issue.

Sharing Test Results​

When sharing a backtest, demo test, or live observation, keep the purpose diagnostic.

Include:

  • test type
  • date range
  • broker
  • symbol
  • timeframe
  • spread and commission assumptions
  • EA version
  • .set file name if relevant
  • what you want help interpreting

Do not post results as proof that another user should copy a setup.

Keep discussions practical and respectful.

Do not:

  • promise or demand guaranteed profits
  • pressure other users to use a setup
  • post private account or billing details in public channels
  • share files from unofficial sources
  • give personal financial advice
