Updates and Versions

Use this page to understand update handling at a user level.

For the latest installer or access details, use the official link from your member area, purchase email, or support team.

MetaTrader Updates​

When a MetaTrader update is available:

  1. Download the latest official installer link you were given.
  2. Close or restart MetaTrader if instructed.
  3. Run the installer.
  4. Select the correct MetaTrader data folder.
  5. Restart MetaTrader or refresh Navigator.
  6. Attach the indicator and confirm the license state.

If you use more than one MetaTrader terminal, update each terminal separately.

MT4 And MT5 Version Notes​

The MT4 and MT5 versions are separate packages.

Do not install the MT4 version into an MT5 folder, and do not install the MT5 version into an MT4 folder.

If support gives you a version-specific installer, use it only with the platform named in the file or instructions.

Before Asking About An Update​

Check:

  • Which platform you are using.
  • Whether your installer link is the latest official one you received.
  • Whether the indicator appears on a clean chart.
  • Whether any license or access message is shown.
  • Whether the dashboard and chart objects still match your expected layout.
