- Broker terminal name.
- Symbol and timeframe.
- Whether the indicator appears under
Navigator > Indicators > iTradeAIMS. - Screenshot of the chart.
- Screenshot of any license or error message.
- What you already tried.
For TradingView, include:
- TradingView username.
- Script link you are using.
- Whether access has been approved.
- Symbol and timeframe.
- Screenshot of the chart or access message.
Do Not Send
Do not send:
- Trading account passwords.
- Full payment card details.
- Private keys or account security codes.
If a screenshot includes sensitive information, hide it before sending.
