  • Seeing how other traders use the indicator on MT4, MT5, and TradingView.
  • Learning from common questions before you run into the same issue.
  • Product updates, access notes, and practical platform guidance.

It is not only for support tickets. If you are new to The Banana Indicator MT5 or still learning MetaTrader, joining the community can help you understand the product faster than working alone.

What To Include

For MT4 or MT5, include:

  • Platform: MT4 or MT5.
  • Broker terminal name.
  • Symbol and timeframe.
  • Whether the indicator appears under Navigator > Indicators > iTradeAIMS.
  • Screenshot of the chart.
  • Screenshot of any license or error message.
  • What you already tried.

For TradingView, include:

  • TradingView username.
  • Script link you are using.
  • Whether access has been approved.
  • Symbol and timeframe.
  • Screenshot of the chart or access message.

Do Not Send

Do not send:

  • Trading account passwords.
  • Full payment card details.
  • Private keys or account security codes.

If a screenshot includes sensitive information, hide it before sending.
